ISS Expedition 29 crewmember and JAXA astronaut Dr Satoshi Furukawa demonstrates baseball in space.  Much like on Earth, except in space you can play solo.

Sergey Volkov photographed in the Zarya module of the International Space Station during Expedition 17 in 2008.  Volkov served as Commander of Expedition 17 and returned to the ISS for Expeditions 28 and 29, meaning he has spent just over a year of his life in space.  He’s also a Lieutenant-Colonel in the Russian Air Force.  And he’s four days younger than me.
