Matey was a brand of bubble bath for children, the bottle was supposed to look like a sailor. I think this brand might still be around today.
I had one of these badges - this was where my sister and I had Junior Savers accounts. You got a badge and a yellow plastic slipcase for your passbook with a picture of Mickey Mouse on the front.
